ChristkindlMarket Chicago

The ChristkindlMarket in Chicago, IL, is a very well-known German-style Christmas market that runs from late November and into December in Daley Plaza. Here are a few photographs from my time spent there with family.

If you are planning on visiting the market, I recommend coming on a weekday if you can because it gets very busy on the weekends.

It’s a family tradition for us to get the Glühwein, which is a warm spiced wine and the gourmet stuffed pretzels. It was all very good! The Glühwein comes in a keepsake mug too, and every year they make different mugs with a different design.
