The First Accumulated Snow of the Season at Lyman Woods

The first accumulated snow of the year. I almost cried this morning as we went out on our morning walk because it just hit me how much I miss Eco. This is the first snow we had since we lost her, she always loved it so much.

But if there’s one thing nature does, it makes you not feel alone. I have been trying to be as consistent as possible with getting out and taking pictures of nature. In a way, it feels like a part of me that has been lost for awhile found its way back and I am centered again. Here’s a couple of photos from my solo walk at Lyman Woods.
